Background in Fine Art and Art education. PHD in experimental archaeology and fresco techniques at the Dept. of Mediterranean Studies, University of the Aegean, Greece. Interested in ancient painting techniques and materials. My experiments focus on painting materials and techniques. These include painting techniques that are based on lime plaster, as well as making pigments from madder, painting brushes and wax tablets.
