EXARC TEAM

The EXARC team is composed of a dedicated management team and a wide network of volunteers. Volunteers are vital to our organization, as they help sustain and develop all of our activities.

Their contributions span many areas, from podcast hosting and editing to managing our newsletter, website, and other communication channels.

Thanks to the combined efforts of staff and volunteers, EXARC is able to support its community, share knowledge, and promote experimental archaeology internationally.

Management Team

Matilda Siebrecht

As Director and Membership Manager, Matilda is responsible for the smooth daily running of EXARC as an organisation.
As Director, she acts as liason between the EXARC board and the management team, as well as being the first point of contact with external organisations and collaborative projects.
As Membership Manager, she manages the administration for EXARC members, including responsibility for the membership directory and communication with members.
Federico Cappadona

As Communications Manager, Federico leads the team responsible for producing the podcast, newsletter, social media content, and website updates.
He works closely with the Director, serving as Project Manager for all communication and outreach initiatives.
Laura Fernández-Pampillón Enguix

As Finance Manager, Laura oversees the organization’s budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes.
She manages accounting operations, ensures compliance with regulations, and provides strategic insights to support decision-making.
Laura works closely with the leadership team, serving as a key advisor on financial performance and resource allocation.
