Ashley is a mother of three returning to the world of archaeology after a long leave of absence. She completed a graduate certificate in Experimental Archaeology with University College Dublin. Ashley is passionate about Ireland and Gaelic culture, in addition to all things textile. She hopes to pursue a PHD in the field of textile and experimental archaeology. She resides in Texas and is an active member of the Society for Creative Anachronism, in which she teaches and regularly pursues experimental projects.
