I am a Research Fellow in Prehistory and Protohistory at the University of Sassari (Italy). My research focuses on the Mediterranean Bronze and Early Iron Ages, with particular attention to the Nuragic culture of Sardinia.
I am also actively engaged in experimental archaeology, especially in the study of ancient food technologies such as bread-making, cereal processing, and cooking practices in Nuragic contexts. I am a member of the RIPAM Laboratory (University of Sassari), where I contribute to the development and delivery of public demonstrations and educational workshops designed to reconstruct and communicate prehistoric lifeways through hands-on experimentation.
