I am an archaeologist with an MA in Medieval and Renaissance Archaeology, with a strong focus on experimental archaeology and the interaction between people, buildings, and indoor environments in reconstructed structures.
My work has involved planning, conducting, and evaluating experimental archaeological projects in reconstructed houses, as well as communicating results through exhibitions, lectures, publications, and public engagement at museums and open-air heritage sites in Denmark and abroad. I have extensive experience with living history, hands-on interpretation, and working in close dialogue with both academic colleagues and the general public.
I am particularly interested in experimental archaeology as a research method, its practical implementation, and its role in museum interpretation and knowledge dissemination.
