I am interested in recreating ceramics and food from a range of past societies, with a particular focus on medieval Western Europe. I make replica ceramics and then use them to produce the foods of that era. This includes making cheese strainers, and I have made Neolithic, Roman, and medieval examples. I also explore other areas and times, including in North America.
