EXARC Annual General Meeting on 29 April
This year's EXARC Annual General Meeting took place on April 29 at 7 pm CET/CEST (Amsterdam time). Traditionally, the meeting has been conducted via email, but for the first time this year it was decided to also stream the AGM online in order to improve member connectivity and facilitate access to the event.
The meeting was moderated by our director Matilda Siebrecht, with introductory words by our board director Julia Hebb.

The meeting was attended by the EXARC board and several members, who participated with questions and suggestions. It began with the presentation of the board members, followed by reports from EXARC’s different departments, providing an overview of the main results of 2025.
The Membership Department was presented by Matilda Siebrecht (EXARC director and former Membership Manager), the Communication Department by Federico Cappadona (Communications Manager), and the Finance Department by Laura Fernández-Pampillón Enguix (Finance Manager and new Membership Manager) together with Maura Stefani (Treasurer).
The voting for the AGM will still take place via email and online forms in the three weeks following the live event, and all necessary materials will, as always, be made available to our members through the website.
