Save the Date: EXARC Annual General Meeting on 29 April

This year's EXARC Annual General Meeting will as usual be taking place via email; however, we will also be including a live discussion and presentation of our 2025 reports which we strongly encourage all our members to join!

This live event will take place on April 29 at 7 pm CET/CEST (Amsterdam time). The virtual location is still being finalised, but we will make sure to send out the invite link once the details are confirmed. For now, make sure to save the date!

The voting for the AGM will still take place via email and online forms in the 3 weeks following the live event, and all of the necessary materials will as always be made available to our members through the agenda. Therefore, those members who are unfortunately unable to attend the live event will still be able to vote and share their thoughts throughout the course of the AGM.
