Promote Your Events with Us: EXARC Launches Its New Community Calendar!

EXARC is happy to announce a new feature on the website: a Calendar of Events dedicated to sharing activities within the wider community of experimental archaeology, re-enactment, living history, ancient crafts, and historical interpretation.

This calendar allows individuals, small groups, institutions, and enthusiasts to submit and promote their own events, giving them a visible place on an international platform. Whether it’s a hands-on workshop, a lecture, a festival, a demonstration, or any activity connected to our shared interests, this new tool is designed to help you reach a broader audience.

To have an event included, simply fill out an entry via the dedicated Google form:

The goal of the calendar is to provide digital presence and support especially for smaller initiatives, independent organisers, and community-led events that may not have access to larger promotional channels. By bringing all these activities together in one accessible space, EXARC hopes to strengthen connections, encourage participation, and celebrate the diversity of events happening around experimental and historical practice.

We look forward to seeing your events featured and to building a more connected and active global community!
